1- WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? Second Chance Animal Rescue is located in the town of Oak Bluffs, on the island of Martha's Vineyard, 7 miles off the coast of Cape Cod, Mass.
2- WHAT IS YOUR MISSION? Our mission is to rescue animals who have been abandoned or lost, who need assistance with their health and a home.
3- WHAT DO YOU OFFER? - Second Chance Animal Rescue is a NO KILL, CAGE -FREE shelter that helps rehabilitate lost or abandoned cats and dogs and prepares them for a forever home. We provide spaying/neutering to those we rescue, and socialize them in a loving homes. Those interested in adopting can visit, meet our various wonderful animals and see if adoption or fostering is right for them.
4- HOW DO YOU PAY FOR ALL OF THIS? - We are supported by contributions from compassionate people like YOU! Please click on the Donate button above to contribute. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent that the law allows as we are a federally recognized, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We also assess an adoption fee for those who find forever homes. Without your support, this effort would not be possible.
5 - CAN I VOLUNTEER?- YES, we depend upon the kindess of our community to help with facility maintenance, cuddling, feeding and much more.
